Ben Stefanick

VP of Delivery Services

Ben is responsible for all services provided by Systalex and its subcontractors. Ben joined Systalex in 2005 and has over 25 years experience planning, implementing, and supporting IT systems within the federal government, military and large commercial enterprises.

Business Development Manager

Peter draws on years of experience in the non-profit sector and in the political arena to ensure success and growth for Krystle Klear Communications and its clients. Peter is known for his dedication, creative problem solving, and organization. He has provided quantitative and qualitative analysis as well as personnel management to a range of organizations in the public and private sectors. Peter has spent his career creatively implementing strategic and process-based initiatives to revolutionize operating procedures.

Archana Gupta

Archana Gupta is a dynamic People & Culture leader with over 20 years of experience, recognized for her strategic HR business partnership and human-centered approach to building agile, future-ready organizations. She has successfully led Strategic HR, Organizational Development, Change Management, and Talent Strategy initiatives across the IT sector, aligning people practices with organizational growth
and transformation objectives.
She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, a Postgraduate Diploma in HR Management, and has completed the Executive Development Program in HR Analytics from XLRI Jamshedpur. Archana integrates deep psychological frameworks—including Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Transactional Analysis(TA), and Gestalt techniques—into her leadership and organizational development program.

Krystle Kaul

VP of Business Development

Krystle is responsible for federal business development at Systalex. She has over 20 years of experience in business development and strategic communications. Krystle has been imbedded at numerous federal agencies and served as a Director (GS-15) at DTRA.

Kaitlin Marotti

VP of Military Affairs

Kaitlin is a supply chain professional at SAP NS2,and a founder of Log It Consulting Services, where she leverages her 10+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, and logistics operations. She is adept at developing and implementing roadmaps to meet sustainment requirements within the Government and Public Sector (GPS) and Intelligence Community (IC), as well as optimizing the procurement and lifecycle of specialty and unique equipment.

Landon Van Dyke

Chief Operating Officer

Landon is responsible for developing programs and crafting plans that drive consensus, support, and engagement among key stakeholders. He has led the creation of federal offices, programs, and talent in the areas of energy, environment, sustainability, and cybersecurity.

Bailey Mahoney

Bailey is a federal business developer and capture strategist with over a decade of experience leading complex pursuits across the defense, intel, and civilian sectors. His background combines military precision, private-sector agility, and a deep understanding of the federal contracting landscape.
