Health Care Benefits

Systalex is committed to providing the care and financial protection our staff may need in the event of sickness or injury by offering:

  • Medical Insurance through UnitedHealthcare. We offer two types of coverage; a cost effective HMO option or a PPO option that allows for broader employee control but at slightly higher cost.
  • Dental Insurance through DentaQuest that provides free preventive care within the network.
  • Long Term Disability Insurance, a benefit fully paid by Systalex.
  • Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance, a benefit fully paid by Systalex.
  • Vision Coverage is offered to help with eye exams and discounted rates for glasses and contact lenses.
  • Employee Assistance Program provides limited confidential counseling with professionals such as attorneys or medical practitioners.

Savings Opportunities

We help our employees plan for retirement and take advantage of tax saving programs by providing:

  • 401(k) Plan is offered through John Hancock and includes Systalex matching funds.  The plan allows for monthly entry after employee’s 90-day introductory period.
  • Flexible Spending Accounts are offered to help employees benefit from pre-tax savings on medical and dental premiums, out of pocket expenses, and Dependent Child Care costs.

Career Assistance

  • Training is provided in various formats, such as on-site, instructor-led, web-based, customized workshops, and more.  Training is paid in full by Systalex.
