Mr. Liao founded Systalex Corporation in 1993 to continue his passion for developing and providing innovative technology solutions that solved the financial business operations needs of various government agencies. With a strong commitment to providing optimal solutions to complex problems and to delivering quality services that enhance business value, Mr. Liao has been the driving force behind the success of the company. He is well-recognized as an expert in the field of enterprise architecture, systems integration, information technology and federal financial management solutions and is a frequent consultant to government agencies and industry officials. Still very much involved in the overall technical operations of the company, Mr. Liao has led Systalex through its almost 30 year growth from a single programmer (while completing his postgraduate studies in Computer Science) to the company's current position as a trusted partner for its government and commercial clients in the areas of federal financial management services and technology solutions.

Kevin Karton

Executive Vice President and Chief Financial and Operating Officer

Mr. Karton joined Systalex in 2004 and has more than 40 years of financial experience in the IT and aerospace sectors with government contractors both large and small. Previous positions included Director and CFO of Futron Corporation, 13 years with Computer Technology Associates, Inc. (CTA) serving as Corporate Controller, Vice President of Business Operations and finally as Vice President and CFO of CTA Government Systems, Inc. He began his career at Lockheed Martin Corporation. Mr. Karton holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and an MBA and is an adjunct professor in the Business and Economics Department at Montgomery College in Rockville, MD.

Ben Stefanick

Vice President and Director of Delivery Services

Mr. Stefanick joined Systalex in 2005 and has over 25 years experience planning, implementing, and supporting IT systems within the federal government, military and large commercial enterprises. As the Director of Delivery Services at Systalex, Mr. Stefanick is ultimately responsible for all services provided by Systalex and its subcontractors. Mr. Stefanick has over 20 years of project management experience. He has an excellent record of meeting or exceeding customer expectations and successfully delivering projects on time and within budget. Mr. Stefanick holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
